*NSFW* FLESH OF THE VOID - NEW TRAILER (AND GALLERY) TO ABSOLUTELY RUIN YOUR NIGHT *NSFW*

Oh man. After experiencing another level of disturbing with Gaspar Noe's 'Enter the Void', I'm fairly certain I won't be in any hurry to watch 'Flesh of the Void' - which is fine - I have until the end of the year to recover.

Sodom & Chimera has debuted a new trailer for Flesh of the Void, the feature-length debut of Austrian filmmaker James Quinn, following the end of principal photography.  After a number of shorts, Quinn turns his eye on the threshold of death with Flesh of the Void.   The story was developed in multiple fragments, with Quinn turning the interlude over to Italian filmmakers David Chance Fragale, Sonia Secchi and Emiliano Guarneri.  The beginning of the film was shot on long-expired super 8 stock, progressing to modern stock and ending the film with 16mm.  For the vast majority of the film, characters' identities are obscured by bags, masks or heavy makeup and the actors remain anonymous

With Flesh of the Void, Sodom & Chimera Productions brings you a horribly disturbing and controversial experimental horror feature, visualizing what it could feel like if death really were the most horrible thing one can experience. The film was shot entirely on Super 8 and 16mm, some of it long expired film from the 80s (Kodachrome), and is intended as a trip through the deepest fears of human beings, exploring its subject in a highly grotesque, violent and extreme manner. While the first teaser we released was very sutble in terms of horror and only implied things, with this one, which we consider an actual trailer, even though it's shorter, we wanted to silence those who were complaining that the teaser was boring, not scary, or not disturbing. While not giving too much away, this new one shows a very accurate depiction of the hell will awaits you in the final film. A little warning: This is most definitely not safe for work. Premiere dates will be in announced in July.
