Cannibals & Carpet Fitters - Kickstarter Campaign

So I came across this campaign while perusing twitter for something to keep me entertained while on the shitter, and while I may likely have hemorrhoids as a result (TMI), it was all completely worth it. Well, maybe.

You see, 'Cannibals & Carpet Fitters' is a hugely over-the-top hilarious british comedy in the vein of 'Shaun of the Dead'. We all loved that movie right? So it only makes sense that you head on over to the campaign page here, and do your part to ensure we get more films like it. Besides, how many movies are tackling that style the way 'Cannibals & Carpet Fitters' is? There are horror films with cannibals sure, great ones even, and I'm sure somewhere in a musty old video rental store, there sits a VHS copy of a Carpet Fitter-themed horror flick that isn't a porno. Never though, have the two been married together in unholy matrimony; only good can come of it! Read for yourself why:

Cannibals & Carpet Fitters tells the story of a group of carpet fitters who are sent on a job to an old Country house in the middle of nowhere. However they soon discover it’s a trap set up by the savage, cannibalistic family, The Hannings. The carpet fitters are forced to fight for their lives or risk ending up being the evenings dinner. Unfortunately they are not quite your typical heroes!
