EL GIGANTE - Graphic Novel Free Preview

We've covered plenty of Luchagore Productions sick work in horror; each having been of the short film variety. Well, it looks like that's changing real soon, as the violently awesome 'El Gigante' will be making its way back to print in the form of a graphic novel. If you've had the pleasure of viewing the short film, then you're probably as giddy as I am right about now; more so when Hiro Fujii and Daiju Kurabayashi are directly involved.

"Muerte Con Carne" - The Appetizing Novel Horror Short, 'El Gigante' Is Based Upon

You may have heard that LuchaGore Productions and Gigi Saul Guerrero have a full length feature film coming soon called, "El Gigante" which expands on the award winning short by the same name. What you may NOT know is that both are based on Shane McKenzie's novel, "Muerte Con Carne" (translated as "Death With Meat"). Highly regarded for it's no-holds-barred approach to the very dark subject matter, fans of films like "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" may do themselves a favor by heading over to Amazon.com and ordering a copy for yourself. It'll be interesting to see if Gigi can match the visceral carnage painted by McKenzie's text.

*fingers crossed*
