DREAD CENTRAL ISN'T CLOWNING AROUND - "TERRIFIER" (NSFW TRAILER)

It was good. It was really good. But let's not kid ourselves, the infamous fear-fed nightmare clown of Derry, Maine, was pulling its punches. Creepy for sure, and poor Georgie definitely got the worst of it, but ultimately Pennywise was more smiles than cries. Thankfully Dread Central, Epic Pictures, and Damien Leone completely understand this, so we get this gruesome little nightmare as a result. Terrifier, the terrifying clown that - as one reviewer put it - "Makes Pennywise look like Krusty!" Needless to say, we'll be anxiously joining in on the fun, and soon. Keep an eye out for our own take, and in the meantime, peep the NSFW TRAILER BELOW.

No clowing around! Check out the red-band trailer to TERRIFIER, out in theaters 3/15 & 3/16, on VOD 3/27 from Dread Central Presents! A maniacal clown name Art terrorizes three young women on Halloween night and everyone else who stands in his way!

Based on a character from the 2013 anthology, All Hallows Eve, the gory ‘80s slasher throwback takes place on Halloween night as the demented Art the Clown sets his sights on terrorizing two girls and anyone else that gets in his way.

TERRIFIER was written and directed by Damien Leone (FRANKENSTEIN VS. THE MUMMY) and stars Jenna Kanell (THE BYE-BYE MAN), Catherine Corcoran (RETURN TO NUKE ‘EM HIGH, VOL. 1 & 2), Margaret Reed (STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION), and David Howard Thornton (GOTHAM), who plays the very disturbing villain of TERRIFIER — Art the Clown.
